Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend, and the expected date for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and arrive within 5 to 12 working days in total. Full detail is in the shipping policy.
Turntables are shipped boxed. The packed weight of each one is listed on its product page, because a deck that travels with its own speakers arrives in a bigger box.
Returns
If you change your mind, you have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Contact us first through the contact page with your order number, and we will send you the return instructions and the address. You pay the return postage on a change-of-mind return.
Please keep the original box. A turntable posted back loose, or in a box it does not fit, tends to arrive damaged, and that becomes a problem for both of us.

Before you return a working turntable
Two things are reported as faults far more often than they are faults: a turntable that plays quieter than your other sources, and a low hum. Both usually have a simple cause, and both are covered in the FAQ. It is worth two minutes before you repack it.
